SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION
Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. Mitchell's Furniture and Mattress City is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer scheduling, stock on hand, material availability, transportation difficulty, or other causes beyond our control.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods, with your receipt of purchase.
Custom orders, special orders, final-sale items, assembled items, and delivered items may not be eligible for refund or exchange unless otherwise noted.
Please measure rooms, doorways, halls, stairs, and product spaces before purchasing. We are happy to help if you have questions.
Returned items must be clean, unused, and in their original packages.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged with our team.
